Vintage Victorian 1940s Hats Bonnets Purses Gloves

The Gatherings Antique and Vintage Victorian through 1940's collection of hats, bonnets, purses and handbags is one collection that is a must to see! We have a wide variety of ladies and children's hats and bonnets dating from the Civil War through the Victorian, Gay 90's, and the War Years of the 1940's.

We carry a hand picked selection of black silk crepe mourning bonnets, hats made of straw, silk, felt, feathers and other materials. Occasionally we carry a beaver or other type of fur hat.

Our selection of bonnets is simply exquisite. We have fancy baby and children's bonnets made of fine laces, embellished with fine embroidery work and just 'adorably sweet bonnets'.  Amid it all, the chances of  finding an early prairie sunbonnets made of calico or homespun is a distinct possibility!

The Gatherings Antique Vintage carries antique and vintage purses and handbags from the Civil War era through the 1940's. Enjoy many materials including the ever popular lucite! Look for cloth drawstrings in crochet, lace and embroidery work, miser bags of the Civil War era, lovely beaded and metal bags ~ oh, so many styles with gorgeous decorative accents.
