Checks are held until cleared approximately 7-10 days. Payments must be made in US funds only. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days, except weekend & holidays, upon receipt of Paypal payment and m/o or after checks have cleared.  If you wish to mail a payment please contact us   to obtain address for mailing.

The Gatherings ships World Wide and most happy to do so. 
Items shipped in the US will be shipped first class or priority mail unless otherwise noted.  I do ship FedEx for heavier items such as quilts.   Insurance is included on all domestic packages. If you want the item shipped a specific way other than above please contact me prior to purchasing.  

International buyers please note:  I ship to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and the United Kingdom.  However, I would be happy to ship to your country if you are not on this list.  Please contact me so I can set up a shipping cost for you prior to purchase.    Most International shipments are sent First Class International. Insurance on International sales is optional and the buyer's responsibility. 

Shipping and Handling
Buyer pays shipping. California buyers please include 9.25% sales tax unless valid resale license is submitted. Combined shipping is available for multiple purchases.   I strive to package all shipments carefully and securely to ensure a safe delivery. 

Returns
All items are guaranteed as described. Three days return privilege if item is not as described with a money back. No refund on the shipping amount.  Items returned must be in the same condition  as when sent. Please contact me before returning an item.

Please remember the items I sell are antique and vintage, and although some are still in original box and in unused condition most have been loving used.    I try very hard to inspect each piece and to describe any flaws I feel a customer needs to know.
