A beautiful frill of an embroidery ruffle with eyelet for threading a pretty ribbon is an asset to this pretty cotton late Victorian - Edwardian petticoat.
Back opening at the waist line which was pinned closed.
Length of the petticoat is 34" long. Waist measurement is 23" around.
A closer look at the wide ruffle which measures 7-1/2" in width.
Condition is very nice. Freshly laundered and pressed.
