I will be offering three of these unworn rayon silk chemise tops dating from the 1920's to 1930's  which will be offered in three separate listings.

Clothing of the era were trending to a more sleekness with a sophisticated or glamourous look.  To insure the correct silhoutte of the outer garment a simple straight line chemise fulfilled the purpose.   Rayon/silk (or artificial silk as it was called) provided the right fabric weight to contour to the body without adding extra bulk.

I think you will find any or all of these chemises in these three delicious colors so wearable today ~ as lingerie....or outer clothing for that matter.

This listing is for the chemise in the gorgeous pink color.

It is made of rayon or possibly a blend of rayon and silk fabric.

A nice embellishment of pink crochet lacing on the top of chemise to accept a drawstring ribbon for adjust the fit.  Lingerie braid trim is used for the shoulder straps.

A stylized bit of embroidery in a flora pattern further accents the chemise.

A tiny crochet edging finishes the hem line.

The chemise is in excellent unworn condition .  Measurements:  34-1/2" long from the middle of the shoulder strap to the hem.
