The Frill Of It All!
Another lovely late Victorian - Edwardian petticoat with a deep machine Swiss embroidery ruffle. The hem line is of a double ruffle with the one underneath the Swiss embroidery of plain cotton fabric.
The outer ruffle measures 12" deep.

The waist band is encased with a drawstring to adjust the fit of this exceptionally nice condition petticoat.
Measurements: Length is 40" long from the waist to the hem. 30" would be the fullest measurement for the waist line, however, it would adjust smaller with the drawstring.
Condition : Very nice. Cleaned and pressed.
