Late Edwardian Lovely Lady Paper Wrapped Advertising Olva Soap
How sweet this would look on a bathroom vanity ~ a trip back in time to the mid Edwardian to 1920's era.
The Olva soap is a slightly waxed paper covering over the "supercreamed" toilet soap. Made by Lever Bros. Co, Cambridge, Mass.
A printed mottled paper in soft blues and cream with a whispy young woman in flowing gown.
The package measures 2-3/4" in height. 1-3/8" in depth and 2-1/2" wide.
Condition is good but not perfect. Some minor wear to the corners of the paper and a small loss of paper on the top.
