Buttons down the back with vintage red plastic buttons. This is such a cute style ...gored & fitted in a pants-dress style. VERY VINTAGE!!  Dating about 1940's

Dress is in nice condition. Measures 20" long. 8" across the shoulders. 22" around the waist.
