A true piece of Americana dating from the 1880s to the early 1900's. The Royal River grain bag with its logo in faded blue was made in the area of Yarmouth, Maine on the Royal River. The bag has had its a couple of repairs and a few tatters and holes over the course of its hard working years ~ so it is being offered "as found".
It is a cotton bag of a coarse weave. Logo in the center on front with a band of stripes on either side both front and back. Size is 43" long x 19" wide.
