Jabots were very much the part of a Victorian lady's neck piece directly attached to the collar or at other times was just pinned.
These frills could be as fancy or plain as the wearer chose. However, all were expertly made.
The jabot I am offering, is made of batiste fabric with the only decoration of a line of drawn/pulled thread and a couple rows of hem stitching.
The condition of this jabot is very nice. Measurement across the bottom is 14" wide. The length from the top to bottom (center front) is 8-3/4" long.
