Product Information
Here's a pretty all over cotton machine lace collar dating from the 1920's or 1930's that gives a feminine feel. Pretty collars are a lovely way of embellishing a dress.
They can also be used to change a mood or appearance of a garment. A fun fashion point with little money invested. So add a yesteryear's collar for a unique fashion statement for today. Collars (as well as cuffs) that can be detached for cleaning also can be a way to save wear and tear on a dress, too
The collar forms a v-neck line tapering in width to the bottom of the collar.
Length along the inside neck line is 26-1/4" long from the bottom edge on one side to the bottom edge on the other. The widest part of the collar measures 5-1/2" wide.
Off white or ivory in color.
Condition is good although I found two pin dot size holes on the outside edge on one side. With the lace pattern the flaws are not noticable. Some oxidation from storage along the back neckline.
So start shopping and have fun with vintage collars!!
