Early 1900's linen sheet with the monogram letter "R" above embroidered cut work. The beautiful cutwork motif measures 7" wide x 14-1/2" long including the monogram. Embroidery and cut work in the two corners at the top of sheet.
The corner motifs measure 8" wide x 12" long, A border of hand drawn hemstitching the width of the top & extending down the two long sides 22-1/2".
Overall size of the sheet is 96" wide x 104" long. The weave of the linen is much like a homespun with a slightly heavier texture. Very nice clean condition.
