From a season's past, a charming whimsy to hold a pair of scissors. The holder is hand made and hand embroidered shaped to hold a larger pair of scissors.
Trimmed in light blue satin ribbon and crochet ring for hanging the holder measures 16-1/2" long from the top to the point. Widest part of the holder is 6" across.

Although it appears to never have been used there is some slight soiling from years of storage.
