A fantastic old store find from the 1920's! All machine appliques are still attached to the cloth backing from the factory. The one shipping tag on the end of the backing cloth indicates these beauties were made in Switzerland.
Each applique measures 9" long along the bottom curve and 5-5/8" along the top curve. The width of the applique is 3-1/8" wide.
Lovely work of a raised padded stitch with filled thread worked in cotton to form the lace design. (Note: looking beyond the applique you can see the type of cloth backing material these appliques are fastened to.)
I am selling these in four to a set and have eight sets available. Purchase as many sets as you wish.
