Victorian - Early 1900's hand tape lace Battenburg dress embellishment. The lovely piece has never been used ~ so perfect for restoration or reproduction clothing. Or use in a sewing project of your choice. The piece measures 9-1/4" long x 5" wide at the widest point. A tad of oxidation at one of the ends. Very nice condition. A close up of the center of the embellishment.
