A lovely silk ribbon mum from the Edwardian - 1920's era. The mum is handmade and is from old millinery stock that was unused from long ago. The pretty pink mum is made from silk taffeta and sheered to form the tiny petals. Gathered and stitched on to a wire stem. Size of the flower measures 8" long from the top of the flower to the tip of the wire stem. Flower, itself, measures 2-1/2" deep x 2-1/2" diameter. Very nice condition.
