Product Information
A toweling fabric dating from the late Victorian era, in a heavier weave with a nubby raised pattern. The highlighted areas have a slight shine as would a damask fabric. It is probably a blend of linen and cotton of a sturdy material. In fact, in my opinion, it could be used for upholstery, cushions, pillows or of course, towels.
The fabric is unused measuring 6 yards long x 19-1/2" wide. Even though it is unused, you may find some oxidation from prolonged storage.
The photo above is a enhanced close up of the weave.
