Here's a neat Halloween vintage candy container / blow out noise maker dating from the 1950's. The orange plastic tube at one time held sweet treats according to the printing on the top edge of the paper black cat. The contents and or/ container was made by Rudley Products, New York, N.Y. There is no zip code so more than likely made before 1961.
The paper cat does slip on and off of the plastic straw.
Size of the piece is 11" in length not including the noise maker. The paper cat measures 3-3/8" x 3-3/8".
Considering how fragile the noise maker, it still partially works, although a small hole in the side where it has been bent, so it doesn't blow completely out.
The condition of the plastic and of the paper cat are good. A couple tiny bends on the cat along the edge but very minor. No tears or missing paper on the cat.
A cool piece to add to a Halloween collection.
