Product Information
Old Christmas ornaments always seem to have a charm to them. Many were hand made of from materials such as the one pictured above. Tinsel and scraps were some of the most common ornaments made. They were relatively easy to make and with the beauty of lithograph scraps, the end results were miniature art work. Many others were imported from Germany which truly are fine pieces of art.
The ornament above dates from the early 1900's - 1920's. It is of two circles of tinsel joined together in the center. A twisted wire at the top of the circle is placed through the center of each. An embossed double-sided lightweight cardboard Dresden star is secured in the center of each circle.
