1940 Vintage Gauze Halloween Devil Face Mask Mint
For the bewitching hour of Halloween, here is a fantastic "minty" condition 1940's gauze devil mask.
A huge amounts of these vintage mask were mass produced and by their very nature fragile. Most were worn by children that were less than careful, so consequently a good deal did not survive.
This one is possibly old store stock, or at the very least, never worn. As you can tell, the condition is very nice. Even the elastic band plus the attachment to the mask is still in excellect shape.
The surface of the outside of the mask is a shiny glaze over the gauze of the interior. Great coloration.
Size is 10" across x 8" long
Probably the only little flaw I can say, is a small ripple to the bottom of the chin area.
