If you are looking for buttons as a collector or someone needing vintage buttons for a sewing / mending project, I am offering a nice Bakelite button which would be suitable for a vintage coat.
The button is in a brown, molded and carved near the outside edge. It is fitted with a decorative brass center with the inner circle of a amber glass bead. The metal shank of the button is attached to this piece of amber glass.
Button measures 1-5/8" diameter.
Condition of the button is good with normal usage. The metal shank is twisted but still very usable to attach to a garment.
