I think just to find these linen covered buttons in the original box ~ original contents is a fun delight. It would also be a great addition to a sewing or button collection. There are four set of card in the box with 72 buttons on each of the card. All cards are full and in nice condition.
Buttons measure 3/8" diameter.
Back of each of the cards has the advertising label of the company, as does the box lid. Condition of the box is good with wear from normal handling. Dating from the early 1900's.
Typical usage of this type of button would be on household linens and undergarments.
