A lovely trousseau bed set from the late Victorian era. The set consist of the hand drawnwork bed sheet and two matching pillowcases made of quality cotton sheeting fabric. Most all of the work is done by hand except the two side edges on the sheet which are home machine sewn.
The width of the drawnwork insertion is 1-1/2" wide. There is a sheet return (or fold over) measuring 22" long on either side. Overall size of the sheet is 78" wide x 112" long.
The pillowcases
The pillowcases measure 22" x 34-3/4". The drawnwork appears on both the front and back of the cases. This insertion is 3/4" wide.
The lovely set is in unused condition and never laundered. You will find some oxidation from storage but will clean
